Join us at beautiful Tullibole Castle in Crook of Devon for a day of wellness and wellbeing retreat to replenish, reenergise and restore you heart, body mind and soul. We are delighted to have teamed up with Scotland based yoga, mindfulness & breath work teacher, Karina , karinamindfully The castle and its grounds make for a special place and spectacular sanctuary to come for a day retreat away from every day life. The castle, is a mixture of rustic historical and magical nature. Retreat guests can enjoy the fabulous surroundings, peaceful gardens, a mindful maze walk in the woodland, yoga, meditation and sound practices, indoor candle lit practices, intention setting by the fire, cacao ceremony and a candle making workshop by local artisan On site we will be serving a feast of vegan/vegetarian lunch - using locally sourced ingredients and produce. The yoga will be held in the gardens and the castle grounds (weather permitting) or in the great hall where the grand fireplace and ancient stone floors are also an amazing a space for the yoga practice and meditation.
